Cauliflower Hash Browns GF, Low Cal Serves 2

Ingredients: - 1 small cauliflower - 1 egg - Salt and pepper - Diced onion(optional) - Any spice you prefer, I prefer Basil. Method: - Chop the cauliflower into tiny pieces. Or you can grate it. - Once the cauliflower is chopped, mix the egg into a separate container and beat well. - Combine the egg, cauliflower, spice, onion (optional) salt and pepper forming into several patties. - Depending on the size of your cauliflower you will be able to make different numbers of patties (more eggs will be needed if more cauliflower is used). - Heat the pan to med heat with a little bit of olive oil. - Cook for about 5 min or until dark brown.

Almond Bread Rolls With Sesame Seed

I love making these rolls. They are super healthy, gluten free and easy to make! Ingredients: 6 eggs /medium 100 g Coconut oil 1 1/2 Cup of almond flour 2 tsp baking powder Sesame seeds Directions: Melt the coconut oil. Put the eggs into a bowl and mix them . Add the coconut oil and mix it in. Add the almond flour. Add the baking powder. Mix it all together into a batter Pour it into molds. Add sesame seeds. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool. Split them in half when serving. You can store them in the in the refrigerator and they can be toasted.
