Banana Muffins

The best banana muffins. These muffins are easy, healthy and delicious. Because Thanksgiving is around the corner and I know that my family needs something healthy and yummy I usually make these muffins for Thanksgiving. Ingredients: ­240 g (430 ml) Almond flour or Bob’s Red Mill Gluten free All Purpose baking flour. 15 ml baking powder Pinch of salt 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia extract 1 egg 225 ml coconut milk 2 teaspoons of coconut oil 2 ripe bananas ( mashed) Method: Preheat oven to 375 F / 190 C. Add flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the stevia extract. Whisk the egg, milk and coconut oil in a different bowl. Add the mashed bananas to the egg mixture and mix well Add everyth
