Tap Into The Holidays


Frosted cookies, eggnog, cocktails, chocolates and cakes. The average person gains 10 -15 pounds during the holidays. Don’t let it be YOU this holiday season. My clients have this worried looks on their faces as they don’t want their hard work to go down the drain.

For me the holidays is stressful and Just by thinking about the holidays and what feelings they bring up for me makes my stomach goes into a knot. There is so many ways that you can have a stressful holiday without feeling the guilt, the stress and the pressure.

I have put together my EFT Tapping on Holiday Stress. You can do this Tapping whenever you feel stressed this holidays.

Before we go into the tapping. Sit quietly and see what feelings you have and where they are in your body and just acknowledge them, they are simply energy .

TAP WITH ME:

Take 3 deep breaths, think about the holidays and see what feeling, emotion is coming up for you.

Karate Chop- Even though the holidays are coming up and there is a part of me that feels EXCITED I love and accept myself.

Karate Chop: Even though , there is another part of me that feels the stress and relationship obligations I have to handle, I deeply and completely honor and accept how I feel.

Karate Chop: Even though I find it difficult knowing what is expected of me, I am open to taking care of myself this year and creating boundaries I LOVE AND ACCEPT myself.

Karate Chop: Even though I have become stressed in the past, I’m open to doing things differently this year love and accept

Eye Brow: This stress I am feeling

Side of Eye: This stress.

Under the Eye: I don’t want to deal with it

Under The Nose: This stress about the holidays I am feeling

Chin: This stress I am feeling

Collar Bone: This……………(put in any emotions you may be feeling such as resentment, anger, fear etc).

Under the arm: This is too much stress.

Top of head : All the responsibility I have to do

Eye Brow : These feelings I am having

Take a deep breath in and out!

Top of the head: it’s okay to take care of myself.

Eyebrow: it’s possible for me to get my needs met during this time of the year.

Side of the eye: I’m open to not overdoing it

Under the eye: I’m open to not overtaxing my finances

Under the nose: It’s okay for me to enjoy myself

Chin: I give myself permission to enjoy others for who they are without expectations.

Collar Bone: I’m open to having a good time without going overboard.

Under the arm: I remember what the holidays are really about?

Top of head: I am be calm and confident?

Eye Brow: I can find ways to relax

Side of Eye: I am grateful for all that I have in my life.

Under Eye: I can be gentle and compassionate

Under nose: I’m open to letting go

Collarbone: I give myself permission to be happy and get my needs met.

I give myself permission to relax.

Take a few deep breaths and check in with your body and note how you are feeling. If you are feeling good then that is great. If you still feel a little anxious then tap another round or two .
