Cloud Bread GF, Low Cal Serves 2
I love making this bread, it is light and so nutritious. It is low in carbs and high in protein.
3 Large eggs
1 pinch of sea salt 1 pinch of cream of tartar ¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt
Heat oven to 375F. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Put egg whites in a separate bowl and egg yolks in a separate bowl. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites. Mix with a mixer on high till egg whites are stiff. About 3 – 4 minutes. Put aside. Take egg yolks and add salt and Greek yogurt. Mix well. Take the egg yolk mixture and gently fold it in with the egg whites. Do not overmix it. Using a spoon, put a scoop of egg mixture on a baking sheet. Be careful not to make it too thick. Bake for 30 minutes till golden brown and crispy to the touch. Let it cool down. Serve and enjoy!
