Almond Bread Rolls With Sesame Seed


I love making these rolls. They are super healthy, gluten free and easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs /medium

  • 100 g Coconut oil

  • 1 1/2 Cup of almond flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • Sesame seeds

Directions:

Melt the coconut oil.

Put the eggs into a bowl and mix them . Add the coconut oil and mix it in.

Add the almond flour. Add the baking powder.

Mix it all together into a batter

Pour it into molds. Add sesame seeds.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool. Split them in half when serving.

  • You can store them in the in the refrigerator and they can be toasted.
